Senior ProjectThe senior project at Kekaulike started with the first graduating class of 1995 as a senior paper and poster board presentation to classmates. It has evolved to a 20 hour project consisting of a Product, Paper, Portfolio and Presentation to community judges that is required of all graduation seniors. AthleticsSince 1995, King Kekaulike High School student-athletes have honored their namesake by participating in 20 different interscholastic sports. In 1996, the school became part of the Maui Interscholastic League (MIL), the island's division of the larger Hawaii High School Athletic Association (HHSAA).
